Ahoy there! You are invited to board the Sailorette and join the plentiful crew, ‘The Old Time Sailors’, for a night of foot-stomping, dancing and singing!

Come and join the raggle taggle band of sea gypsies for an adventure on the high seas; time travel, theatre, and roaring tunes!

As a member of the crew you’ll chart a course for the 19th century, a period of intrepid nautical exploration, camaraderie and chaos; immersing yourself in an evening of traditional seafaring music, songs and shanties infused with Celtic Rock, punk and ska, among other surprises.

Led by Captain Nicholas Moffatt the  ensemble of 20 brave musicians, multiple voices and over 30 traditional and modern instruments, play a  repertoire of over 40 songs, the band play fully unplugged to ensure a dynamic and interactive experience.

As part of this unique show, every member of the audience will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the ‘Sunday Sailor’, the groups’ custom-made, newspaper-styled programme which includes the lyrics to all of the songs to be performed across the night, leaving you no excuse not to join in. Assisting revellers with an authentic kind of drinking apparatus perfect for the occasion, official Old Time Sailors tankards will also be available to buy on the night.
